There is going to be a Special HOA membership meeting at the community clubhouse on January 23, 2008 at 7:00 P.M.
The HOA Attorney John Conley is going to be reviewing the proposed amendments and answering any/all questions the residents have.
These proposed changes are going to be voted on at the annual meeting. Please mark your calendars and come to the meeting.

The public workshop on Jan. 14, 6:30pm-8:30pm, Victorious Life Church on Old Pasco Road, concerning major roadway projects in the Wesley Chapel area. The purpose of this workshop is to provide information, project updates, project status and address questions received by the County regarding the following Capital Improvement Projects:
CR 54 ( Cypress Creek Town Center to Magnolia Blvd.)
CR 54 ( Magnolia Blvd. to Oakley Blvd)
CR 54 ( Oakley Blvd to CR 581)
SR 54/ I 75 Interchange
SR 54 ( I 75 to Curley Road)
This will be presented by the County staff, the construction company and Fl. DOT. Residents are encouraged to attend this public workshop.
Since we have all endured this endless roadwork on 54 and don't see the end in sight, this workshop hopefully will answer some questions.
