Well here we are, the third week of August, summer will be ending soon, and the schools will be back in session. This morning as I was waiting for the gate to open at Preakness Village a car entered the exit gate (which was open from a car that had just left) at a dangerous rate of speed and proceeded down the road.
There were a number of parked cars and people standing along the street as he made this dangerous move. I had already begin to accelerate after waiting for the gate to open and had to brake to make room for him.
He was driving a white car (License number- J78BZH) and stopped at 5248 Silver Charm Terrace.
Please let me know if you require additional information.
Also, please explain to me what action you will take in regard to this report.

Thanks for passing along the information...I frequently work out and run through the neighborhoods and see that so many residents do not park their cars in the garage...Why is that? You won't find my car parked outside at night..So many folks need to clean out their garages..Park their most expensive car inside...If you have more than 2 cars head the warning or do not complain...it is sad to know we have car break-ins but it happens everywhere. Take measures, clean out your garage!

Thanks for the note. We had a neighbor a few weeks ago have her car broken into. When the officer asked me about if I saw anything, I was shocked to hear that most of the crime in the community is committed by kids in our own community. He referenced a number of kids, which sections they lived in, and what they have done. Sounds like this is an internal community issue and parents need to be more aware of what their kids are up to.
